This policy explains what information Quant Research LLC collects when you use the Service, why, who sees it, and what you can do about it. We have written it to be short and true. If something here does not match what the product does, the product is wrong and we will fix it — tell us at ◆SUPPORT EMAIL.

We do not collect: brokerage account data, holdings, trades, or portfolio values. The "Connect a portfolio" feature is not active. If we activate it, we will update this policy first and ask for your explicit consent before connecting anything.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third parties' advertising.
2How we use it
To provide the Service; to bill you and send legally required notices; to secure accounts and prevent abuse; to respond to you; to understand aggregate usage and improve the product; and to comply with law. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. ◆COUNSEL — Base44's terms grant Base44 a licence to process and train on customer content; confirm what "customer content" covers on their side and whether subscriber data falls within it. If so, disclose it here.
3Who else sees it
We use service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or to a successor if the business is sold — in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.
4Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and local storage to hold your Interface layout and theme. ◆CONFIRM — list any analytics tool in use, e.g. none / Plausible / GA4. If an analytics cookie is used, name it and offer an opt-out. We do not use advertising cookies.
5Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can:

- ◆Delete your account and personal data (we retain billing records as long as tax law requires, then delete them)
- ◆Export your watchlist and preferences in a machine-readable format
- ◆Unsubscribe from non-essential email; renewal notices and receipts are required and cannot be switched off while you have a paid plan
Email ◆SUPPORT EMAIL with the request; we will respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity. If you are a resident of a state or country whose privacy law gives you additional rights, you have those rights too, and we will honor them.
6Retention
Account and preference data: until you delete your account, then within 30 days. Billing records: as required by tax and accounting law ◆COUNSEL — typically seven years. Server logs: ◆90 days. Support email: ◆2 years.
7Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls and vendor security features. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as the law requires.
8Children
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account, tell us and we will delete it.
9International users
We operate from the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your data is processed in the US.
10Changes
We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
